No Contact Kit
You know you shouldn’t text them. The problem is the moments when everything in you wants to.
A thirty-day programme that adapts to your situation: whether you chose to cut contact, or the silence comes from the other person. When longing, a story, a message or a hard evening puts everything back in question, you don’t start over from zero.

Personal diagnostic · 7 or 11 interactive modules depending on your situation · 28 to 29 guided situations · 30-day plan
No contact doesn’t always begin the same way.
You simply say which side you’re on. The programme then adapts to your story.
I chose to cut contact
I know getting back in touch would probably pull me back under, but some moments make me want to renegotiate my decision.
7 modules · 29 guided situations
→ Hold a decision I made
The silence comes from them
This person stopped writing or drifted away, and I’m trying to stop living in wait for their next message.
11 modules · 28 guided situations
→ Stop waiting

- You come back when it gets hardA message, a story, longing, a birthday, the silence, a relapse: you open the situation you’re living, and the context is already there.

In the moment
When you want to write to them, open Hazzel before the conversation.
I want to write to them
You write here exactly the message you’re about to send.
Hazzel asks what just happened, what answer you secretly hope for, and how you would feel if it didn’t come.
Then you decide.
And if you crack?
Hazzel doesn’t turn a sent message, a checked profile or a hard evening into a failure.
You look at what set the moment off, what you were trying to get, and what actually happened. Then you choose: carry on where you were, or start again from today.
Nothing is reset to make you feel guilty. You decide.
What you keep with you through the thirty days
Your frame
Why you’re doing this no contact, your rules and your exceptions.
The I want to write to them button
To set the message down before deciding whether to send it.
Your check-in
One minute a day to note the urge to reach out and what set it off.
Your guided situations
Real moments: a message, a story, longing, sex, a birthday, a return, a relapse.
Your 30-day plan
Short actions that change as the weeks go by.
Your synthesis
Hazzel connects what you wrote to show what keeps coming back, what is easing and what still matters.
You don’t have to explain the story again every time.
The kit keeps your answers, your rules, your triggers and the moments you wanted to crack. When you come back a few days later, the context is still there.
This kit is for you if…
- You have already stopped and started contact again several times.
- A like, a story or a simple how are you? is enough to put your whole decision back in question.
- You write messages you don’t send, or send and regret afterwards.
- The silence comes from them, and you still check whether this person is online.
- You know what you should do. It’s in the hard moments that everything gets mixed up.
You can still feel something, and stop letting every emotion decide your next move.
No contact here isn’t a technique to provoke a return or make the other person miss you. It’s a way to create enough distance that each emotion, signal or silence no longer instantly decides your next move.
What the No Contact Kit doesn’t do
It doesn’t teach you to disappear to make someone jealous.
It doesn’t promise the other person will come back.
It doesn’t decide for you whether this relationship deserves a second chance.
What it does
It helps you find enough distance that your decisions don’t change with every message, story, silence or moment of longing.
The questions we get asked
They cut contact, not me. Is it still for me?
Yes. The kit has a second path for that: the silence comes from them. Its own diagnosis, modules, situations (it’s been 24 hours, they watch my stories but don’t talk, they finally texted me), a 30-day plan, and an I hope they text me button for the nights you wait. It doesn’t guess why they’re silent, and doesn’t promise they’ll come back.
Is it an app? A PDF?
Neither. It’s a private page that opens on your phone or computer, nothing to install. You answer, you write, you come back: everything is kept where you left it.
Is it meant to make them come back?
No. No contact, here, is neither a technique nor a punishment. It’s distance, to stop deciding in the heat of emotion. If they come back, there’s a module for that too.
What if I slip?
There’s a module for that, and a Start again from today button. A slip is information about your triggers, not a reset to zero.
How long does it take?
The diagnosis, five minutes. Then a one-minute check-in a day, modules of three to ten minutes, and the situations when they happen. I want to text them is there at any hour.
Who reads my answers? Is it an AI?
No human reads your answers to coach you: your reading and your synthesis are written automatically, by an AI that follows the kit’s rules, never guess what the other person thinks, never score you, never blame you. Your answers are saved in your account, so you can find them on any device, and sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, while those texts are being written. They are not sold, and deleting your account erases them.
What if I have to keep some contact because of children, work or housing?
The diagnostic asks what level of contact is essential, and the kit takes it into account. The goal isn’t an unrealistic silence, but contact limited to what is necessary.
Do I have to block my ex?
No. You choose your own rules one by one: not writing, not checking their profile, not watching their stories, not asking friends for news. Blocking is only part of it if you decide so.
What if I really want this person back?
The kit doesn’t make that decision for you. It first helps you tell apart longing, impulse, hope and concrete change.
What if I lose access?
Your access is tied to your email. You sign back in with a code sent by email, from any device, and find everything where you left it. No password to remember.
One-time payment?
Yes. €14.90, once, for both paths. No subscription, and access stays open.
Next time you want to write, you won’t have to handle that moment alone with your phone.Your story, your rules and your triggers will already be there. You open Hazzel, you look at what just happened, then you decide.
